Meet the team

Lee Selbo
Lee is the founder of both Bespoke Business Finance & Consultancy Ltd and Bespoke Bridging Finance Ltd and has vast experience in the financial, bridging and loan markets over many years. He understands financial restructuring and complex funding issues, as well as having a wealth of experience across many business sectors including property, leisure and insurance. Lee has been involved in deals totalling over £1 billion throughout his career and has advised and provided equity on high profile projects including the development of 8 house in Regents park, London and also grew the company internationally.

Sam Youngs FCCA
Sam and his team are responsible for managing the investments process through from initial engagement to funding and beyond as exit strategies are rolled out. His role includes producing and adapting financial models for new and existing investments as well as managing the ongoing financials and associated reporting. He supports treasury and the underwriters in producing fee and interest calculations for each loan Bespoke enter. Sam graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Accounting and Finance. He started his career at EY and then moved to Nuveen Real Estate. Sam is a qualified accountant and oversees all aspects of the Bespoke businesses.

Alan Rae
Alan is an experienced and successful business professional with an over 35 year track record built within small and mid-cap enterprises as a founder, investor, chairman and board advisor. From a background in retail financial services, he went on to expand his knowledge base within start-ups, RTO’s and public companies in multiple industries including, alternative energy, technology and entertainment, both in the UK and US where he lived for 17 years.
Over his career Alan has developed an extensive multi-industry network in key global markets including UK, Europe, USA, Latin America and key territories in Asia and has led and supported capital raises of over $150m.

Richard Davies MRICS
Richard graduated in Urban Land economics from Sheffield University and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1995, whilst at the west end practice Grant & Partners. Richard worked for SCM, a mixed use residential development management business between 2000 and 2019. Richard primarily focuses on project viability / assessment, valuation, scheme design and planning and has acted for numerous clients including, Lone Star funds, Legal & General, Tfl, Oakmayne and Delancey.

Koprinka Aksaray
A consultant for 20 years with experience and knowledge in property, capital raising, business strategy and marketing.
Over the years, Koprinka, has worked predominantly in property investment in UK and overseas, overseeing large scale projects, devising effective sales, and marketing programmes for multi-million-dollar developments such as Bonnington Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai and Battersea Power Station in London. She continues to broaden her experience and awareness by supporting high-level projects, including working with UHNW and HNW individuals in the strategic planning for the development of Sustainable Settlements and Aerospace Education Centres in Africa.

Jeremy Sutton
Jeremy is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has delivered over 2 million sqft of residential and mixed-use developments. He is a passionate construction professional who firmly believes in business relationships, with a varied base of consultants and suppliers who he has worked with over the last 25 years. Notable projects which Jeremy has delivered include O-Central scheme in SE17 of 188 residential apartments and 14 commercial units, Cornwall Terrace in Regents Park which won the What House Award for best Luxury House and best Interior Design and 251 in SE1 comprising of 335 residential units and a Ground Floor restaurant and coffee shop.
