Alan is a highly qualified business leader and constructions professional. In his early career he was responsible for successfully delivering a host of large scale landmark mixed use commercial and residential developments, utilising innovative operating models and later specialising in the large scale hotel and leisure developments.

Following he was responsible for the successful high profile turnaround of a number of SME businesses in the construction, real estate, services sectors.

More recently Alan has held Director level Commercial and Programme Management leadership roles in major high value complex infrastructure programmes including the transformation of the Olympic Park following 2012, Highways England Accelerated Delivery, Smart Motorways Programmes, Thameslink Programme. Most recently leading the PHD group through to an IPO.

Outside of work for the past 15 years Alan has sat on the Committee of the Crown and Manor Club, Hoxton, which helps young people to develop and achieve their goals. It is widely believed the club is the oldest kind in the UK and recently celebrated its 125th year anniversary.

Martin has experience across a number of sectors covering property, real estate, retail and the financial markets. He has raised finance for major development schemes requiring up to £150 million mix of equity and debt and has been actively involved in acquisitions, floats and corporate sales. Martin is well positioned to offer business consultancy services and understand the needs and requirements of a fast growth business and how to maximise shareholder value and opportunity.

Lee is the founder of BBFC LTD and has experience in the financial, bridging and loan markets over many years. He has an understanding of financial restructuring and complex funding issues, as well as having a wealth of experience in insurance, property and leisure businesses. With a particularly keen interest in the CBD market he has been a champion of its benefits since the early 2000’s and has made investments in Canada over the last ten years.

Sam is responsible for managing investments through from Acquisition to sale. His role includes producing and adapting models for new and existing investments as well as managing the ongoing financials and associated reporting. He manages cashflow and produces fee and interest calculations for each loan Bespoke enter in to and manages all aspects of the process from legalities to liasing with borrowers.

Prior to joining Bespoke Sam was a Finance Manager at Nuveen Real estate where he worked on the Central London Offices Fund, responsible for all financial elements of acquisitions and disposals as well as monitoring fund performance and analysing financial viability of new and existing tenants in each of the schemes. Sam started his career at Ernst & Young in Transaction Tax.

Sam graduated with a B.SC in Accounting and Finance from University of Birmingham and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also plays football semi-professionally and is a single figure golfer.

Richard graduated in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyer in 1995, whilst at the west end practice Grant & Partners. Following qualification as a general practice Chartered Surveyer, Richard moved to the development and agency department at Grant & Partners understand advisory work, acquisition and agency. In 1996 Richard became an associate director and focused primarily on residential mixed use developments consultancy.

Richard joined SCM, a mixed use residential development business, in 2000 and was appointed a Director in 2005, responsible for acquisition and planning. Richard primarily focused on site identification / acquisition, project viability / assessment, scheme design and all planning matters necessary to facilitate development. SCM worked extensively across London on numerous high profile developments for clients including Oakmayne Properties, Lone Star Funds, Legal & Generaal, L&Q and Delancey.

Richard has extensive contacts and friends within the property industry, built up over 30 years.
